TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or enrolling in any program offered by Knockout Investing (“KOI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing a purchase or registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase or registration.
1. ABOUT KNOCKOUT INVESTING
Knockout Investing (KOI) is a financial education company. We provide structured investor training, live workshops, online programs, and educational content designed to teach individuals how to think about investing, risk management, and financial decision-making.
KOI is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planning firm. Nothing we offer constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional financial guidance. See Section 8 for our full educational disclaimer.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
KOI currently offers the following products and services, subject to availability:
- **3-Day Market Timing Challenge** — A live, Zoom-based educational workshop held over three consecutive days. Available in General Admission and VIP tiers.
- **GA-to-VIP Upgrade** — An upgrade to VIP available when offered at checkout or post-purchase for General Admission ticket holders.
- **KOI Trading Essentials** — A structured annual training program including core modules and weekly live sessions. Available at the pricing and payment options displayed at the time of purchase.
- **Additional programs, courses, and educational content** as offered from time to time.
All pricing, payment options, and promotional offers are displayed on the applicable order page at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. The order page is the source of truth for all current pricing. These Terms remain valid regardless of changes to pricing, payment structures, or available offers.
Product descriptions and availability are also subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time.
3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
**Pricing**
All prices are listed in US dollars and are displayed on the applicable order page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price confirmed on your order page at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
**Payment**
Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
**Payment Plans**
Where a payment plan option is offered, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the scheduled dates as displayed at the time of purchase. Failure to complete all scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the program. You remain responsible for all payments under your selected plan regardless of whether you continue to access or use the program.
**Taxes**
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
4. REFUND AND SATISFACTION POLICY
**Live Events — 3-Day Market Timing Challenge**
All ticket sales are final. Due to the live, time-limited nature of our events, we do not offer refunds after purchase.
Exception: If you attend Day 1 of the event and feel the content is not what was represented, you may submit a refund request to [student.support@knockoutinvesting.com](student.support@knockoutinvesting.com). Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of Day 1 attendance. Approval is subject to verification of attendance and compliance with this policy.
**KOI Trading Essentials**
All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital access to program materials upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds after purchase.
If you have a concern about your enrollment, please contact us at [student.support@knockoutinvesting.com](student.support@knockoutinvesting.com) and we will work with you to address the issue.
**Chargebacks**
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to terminate your access to any KOI products or services and to contest the chargeback with supporting documentation.
5. ACCESS AND DELIVERY
**Live Events**
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Zoom access link and event details. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to the required technology (internet connection, device capable of running Zoom) to attend. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your end that prevent attendance.
**Replay Access — 3-Day Market Timing Challenge**
Replays of live sessions are made available to ticket holders following the event on the following schedule:
- **General Admission participants** receive replay access for 14 days following the conclusion of the event.
- **VIP participants** receive replay access for 90 days following the conclusion of the event.
Replay access is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce replay recordings in any form. KOI reserves the right to modify replay-access policies for future events.
**Program Access — KOI Trading Essentials**
Upon enrollment and receipt of first payment, you receive immediate full access to all program components, including:
- All core training modules
- The weekly live session schedule and Zoom access link
- Community access
- KOI Decision Engine app-supported tools
Access remains active for 12 months from the date of enrollment, provided all scheduled payments remain current. KOI may offer renewal options in the future, but renewal availability is not guaranteed.
KOI reserves the right to update, modify, or replace program content, tools, and platforms during the access period, provided that the core program components (live sessions, modules, community) remain available. If KOI discontinues a core program component with no equivalent replacement, enrolled students will be notified and a pro-rated credit may be offered at KOI’s discretion.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided through KOI — including but not limited to videos, presentations, written materials, frameworks, worksheets, and training materials — is the intellectual property of Knockout Investing and is protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any KOI content
- Share your login credentials or account access with others
- Record, screenshot, or capture live sessions without prior written permission
- Use KOI content to create competing products or services
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
7. CONDUCT
By attending our live events or participating in our programs, you agree to:
- Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect
- Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or abusive behavior in live sessions or community spaces
- Not share, post, or distribute session recordings or program materials without permission
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session or program without refund for conduct that violates these standards.
8. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
**THIS IS IMPORTANT. READ BEFORE PURCHASING.**
Knockout Investing provides financial education content for informational and educational purposes only.
**Nothing** presented in any KOI event, program, video, email, advertisement, or communication constitutes:
- Investment advice
- Financial advice
- Trading advice
- Tax advice
- Legal advice
- A recommendation to buy or sell any security, asset, or financial instrument
No information presented by KOI should be interpreted as a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific stock, option, ETF, cryptocurrency, security, or other financial instrument. Any examples provided are for educational and illustrative purposes only.
KOI is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner. Tre Owens and KOI instructors are educators, not licensed financial advisors.
**Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss.** Markets can move against you. You can lose some or all of the money you invest or trade. Past performance — whether in examples used in KOI content, case studies, or historical illustrations — does not guarantee or predict future results.
**Individual results will vary significantly** based on effort, available capital, skill level, time commitment, personal discipline, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. We make no representation that any student will achieve any specific financial result.
KOI does not make earnings claims, income guarantees, performance guarantees, or promises of financial results.
Any testimonials, examples, case studies, or student experiences shared by KOI represent individual experiences only. They are not guarantees of future performance or results and should not be interpreted as typical outcomes.
**The KOI Decision Engine tools** (app-supported tools included with KOI Trading Essentials) are educational support tools designed to help students organize their decision-making process, evaluate setups, and track their discipline. They are not:
- Automated trading software
- AI trading systems
- Signal services
- Trade alert systems
- Tools that tell you what trades to take
These tools support your training. They do not replace human judgment or professional financial advice.
**You are solely responsible** for your own investment and trading decisions. We strongly encourage you to consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knockout Investing, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, attendance at our events, or participation in our programs — including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment or trading decisions made after attending KOI events or programs.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knockout Investing and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Nevada, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Knockout Investing.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Knockout Investing regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
